All returns shipping costs are covered by the customers.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered or damaged.
Any return of more than 3 frames would lead to restocking fees of $10 per returned frame.
Merchandise returned without the original packaging does not qualify for a refund.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

Authorized frames for exchange can only be exchanged once and can not be returned after the exchange.
All items must be returned in their original packaging (box, case and pouch) with an approved Return Authorization number. Please send an email to return@thierrylasry.com to request a Return Authorization number. Once provided you will be able to ship product back.
The SELLER is responsible until delivery of the PRODUCT to the CLIENT. It is reminded that the CLIENT has a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss noted at the time of delivery.
